Custom Product Pricing & Order Policy

At Jillie’s Joy, every custom order is made specifically for you. To ensure clear and consistent pricing, the following policy applies to all customized products and orders.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICING

Each customized item will be provided with an all-inclusive price before the order is finalized.

The quoted price includes:

• The blank/product being customized

• Custom design and personalization

• Materials and supplies required to complete the item

• Printing and/or transfer materials

• Production costs

• Labor and crafting time

• Equipment and processing costs

There will be no separate production or labor fee added after the quoted price has been approved. Your final quoted price is the price you can expect to pay for your custom order, unless a request for additional changes or products after the order has been approved.

50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders.

The deposit is based on the total cost of the order and is required before materials are purchased or production begins.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before the finished items are released to the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, deposits are non-refundable once the order has been accepted and production preparations have begun.

CUSTOM DESIGN & PROOF APPROVAL

For customized products requiring artwork, colors, names, photographs, or other personalized details, Jillie’s Joy may provide a proof for customer approval before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their proof carefully and confirming that the design, spelling, colors, names, photos, and other requested details are correct.

Once a proof has been approved, changes requested afterward may result in an additional charge depending on the nature of the change.

BULK ORDERS

Orders consisting of 10 or more customized items are considered bulk orders.

Bulk orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested completion or event date.

This advance notice allows adequate time for:

• Ordering supplies and blanks

• Preparing artwork and proofs

• Customer approval

• Production

• Quality control

• Packaging and final preparation

Rush bulk orders may be accepted. If a rush order can be accommodated, an additional rush fee may apply and will be communicated before the order is accepted.

CHANGES & ADDITIONS

Once an order has been approved and production has begun, additional items or significant design changes may result in an additional charge.

Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before the additional work is completed.

ORDER APPROVAL

By submitting a deposit and approving your order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the quoted price, customization details, and applicable terms of this policy.
