Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Jillie’s Joy. Because our products are often custom-made, personalized, and handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or in the case of an eligible production error.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Jillie’s Joy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized products

• Handcrafted items

• Customized apparel and accessories

• Personalized gifts and gift baskets

• Custom designs or artwork

• Customer-approved proofs or designs

• Change of mind, incorrect size, color, or design preference

• Failure to pick up or accept an order

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, photos, sizes, colors, and other personalization details when placing an order.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order price may be required before production begins. Deposits secure your order and cover materials, preparation, design work, and production time.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Jillie’s Joy takes pride in providing quality products. If you receive an item that was damaged during production or does not match the approved order, please contact Jillie’s Joy promptly so the situation can be reviewed.

Any resolution for an eligible production error will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may include a correction or replacement.

Customer Approval

For custom orders, customers may be provided with a design proof for approval before production.

Once the customer approves the design, Jillie’s Joy is not responsible for customer-approved errors or changes requested after approval.
